To Create Lifelong Residual Income, You Need A HIGH Customer Reorder Rate

                                                                      -#7 of a series of 20 posts-

Are you interested in creating dependable, reliable income, other wise called LIFELONG RESIDUAL income?

Then you NEED to have a high customer reorder rate.

It makes sense right? When you think about it, it does... but you see so many people getting involved in businesses where people don't order long term.

Time for a check-up…

If you’re currently involved with a network marketing/mlm/party plan company, you need to find out if there is a high monthly customer reorder rate- like in the 90+% range... including customers & distributors!  If the answer is 'NO', then you have to make an educated business decision and leave that company. You will never create lifelong residual income if people don't keep ordering month after month after month... pretty simple concept to grasp.

Not having a high customer reorder rate, is one of the main reasons why home based business owners fail in masses. This is one of the 12 Success Factors… the checklist that many top industry leaders have used to decide if a company can fulfill on the promise of lifelong residual income.

Having A Low Personal Production Requirement In Network Marketing Is Crucial!

 -#6 of a series of 20 posts-
The majority of Network Marketing companies miss the boat BIG TIME on this Success Factor!

We always have to remind ourselves WHY we joined this industry. It was for the lifelong residual income... that was the main attraction. Most people forget about that. If we want to create LIFELONG residual income, then we need a high customer reorder rate.

In order to make this happen there MUST be a low personal production requirement. Most Network Marketing companies are changing people's budgets to the tune of $100-$300+ per month... and it's in products/services that the masses never bought before. This is a very important point and most companies violate it!

Does Your Network Marketing Company Have A LOW Entry Fee?

-#5 of a series of 20 posts-
This is a very IMPORTANT question to ask yourself...

We've been talking a lot about the 12 Success Factors on this blog. It's deemed by top industry leaders to be the checklist that you need in a company to create lifelong residual income. This checklist has literally changed many people's lives in this industry who have been struggling.

The Next Success Factor... Low Entry Fee

If you take a look at most network marketing companies, there is usually a BIG entry fee to get started to be eligible to earn commissions. Most of the time the person is being 'front loaded' with a bunch of inventory, which will probably end up in their garage or basement.

When you start asking the masses to pay an entry fee of $500, $1000, $1500, etc... the majority of them will NOT join you in business!

Not having a low entry fee is one of the main reasons why network marketers fail. The 12 Success Factors was designed around the masses, the 80%'ers. It was created with them in mind. Most of the companies out there don't keep the 80's in mind.

If you're in a company now, I'd recommend printing out a copy of the 12 Success Factors and line up your company next to them to see if it aligns will ALL of them. If the company is missing ANY of these factors, you really have to ask yourself if you're willing to invest your time, energy and reputation behind it.

Why Working at Home ROCKS!

by Brandie Kajino

www.mymakegreengogreen.com

I'll bet you've heard the news. Our current economy is really putting a damper on our country's chipper go-get-'em attitude.

You can relate?

OK then. It can make the entrepreneur-minded think seriously about running their own business and calling the shots. If you’ve been pondering the idea of writing your own ticket and working from home, allow me to give you some compelling reasons why you’d want to start executing on that idea.
Can’t Beat the Location

If you’re longing for something outside the normal 9-5, working at home is a great option. You can choose when and where you work. That can mean working from a home office, a local coffee shop or even the beach. Gorgeous weather outside? Take a conference call outside in the sunshine.

If you have a laptop and cell phone, your options are endless.

If you’re more of a social animal, part-time co-working might also be a great environment for you.

Changing with the Seasons of Life

So you’ve got kids and you want to be there for them and spend more time with them? No problem. Working at home affords you that opportunity.

You can make a living around your life, and as your life changes, so does the flow of how you work. Little children grow up in a few years, and as they do you can adjust accordingly. When you move, taking your home business with you is pretty simple. Put it in a box, and move it with everything else.

Flexible Schedule

Sickness is an issue if you are working in an outside office. The swine flu pandemic did not do anything to assuage this.

Working from home allows you to take time to take care of yourself year-round.

If you are in a situation where you frequently find yourself not feeling well, or if you are responsible for caring for another, working from home offers you an environment to take care of yourself and others more properly than if you needed to balance life at an office.

Working from home gives you control over your schedule. Rearrange your schedule or put in some extra hours ahead of time for: children’s activities like swimming lessons, a school play or volunteering at school. You can also go to doctor’s appointments or other little errands when it’s convenient for you.

You Can’t Beat the Write-offs

Working from home has some really great tax advantages, as well. Generally, if you use a room in your home exclusively for business, you can write off expenses for that room.

Very cool!

You can also write off certain mileage to and from your home office. Be sure to keep copious records. (Be sure to talk with you accountant and/or read up about this on the irs.gov website to make sure you’re coloring within the lines.)

Uniform = Whatever You Want It to Be

Forget suits and an expensive wardrobe. Wear what you want!

Personally, I’m not advocating wearing your pajamas everyday, but you definitely have some flexibility in this area. Like to wear jeans? Me too. So wear them, along with some flip flops.

That being said, don’t trash your entire working wardrobe. If you need to meet with clients or do some speaking, save some things you can get dolled up in.

You Can’t Beat the Service or the Food

Make your own latte or a fab lunch. No more worries about beating the clock to get back to your desk. You’re the chef—make what you want, when you want. You can even pop over to the local farmer’s market for some local fare. Yum!

Had to share this article from USA Today!

By Christine Dugas, USA TODAY
They grew up during a time of cultural change, and now are being forced to redefine retirement at midlife.

The 77 million Americans in the Baby Boom generation face an economic storm: The Wall Street meltdown trampled their retirement nest eggs more than any other group. After losing jobs during what they thought would be some of their peak earning years, many are struggling to get back into the workforce. Health care costs are rising, and declining home values mean they might not be able to count on home equity to guarantee an easier retirement.

Welcome to Hands with Seeds!

I am thrilled to launch this blog to coordinate with our new Hands with Seeds web environment.

I have to admit; I'm a dirt girl and when given a choice will most always choose the natural alternative. Jer, on the other hand, is not a yogurt guy but has embraced many of my choices as he experienced the difference it makes in our quality of life. Our son Danner, who is now 20 years old, was encouraged to sit in mud puddles, wore cloth diapers and his friends always asked what I was cooking before they accepted an invitation to stay for dinner! Dan never had allergies, an ear infection, any serious illness, or learning issues, although he did sever his liver in a bike accident and lost a finger to haying. He’s always been a wild child!

Trying to find great natural based products for our personal care, first aid, pet care, cleaning, laundry and nutrition was always a struggle, as most of the products I tried cost too much, didn’t work well and I had to run all over the place to find them. Then in 2002, I was introduced to Melaleuca – the Wellness Company! I've shopped every month with this company ever since and now that Dan has his own house, he’s a customer, too.
